I can no longer import?

Problem

I would like to import new products, but I get an error message every time?

Solution

We use an example format to import products, there may be an error in the document to be imported

  1. Go to the app
  2. Login with the PIN code (if activated)
  3. Go to settings → import
  4. You will see an example file
  5. Create an Excel file and fill it with the content you want
  6. Save the file and read it into the application
  7. You will receive a message if you want to import x number of items and x categories
  8. Press import
  9. If you found an error, read it again
  10. The products are back in the cash register app
