I can no longer find my receipt or order?

Problem

I can no longer find my receipt in the cash register, what now?

Solution

  1. Log in to the app
  2. Enter your PIN code (if activated)
  3. Go to the order screen
  4. Press bills
  5. Search by number or scroll through the list of accounts to find the receipt
  6. Press the account you want to open
  7. Print the receipt again or cancel the bill if desired
