When I create an order, the receipt no longer appears from the printer?

Solution

Check your printer settings by going to settings → printer settings. It may be that the IP address of your printer has changed, for example if you have received a different modem. By searching and pairing the printer again, your printer will start working again.

Sometimes it also helps to turn off the printer, wait 5 seconds and then turn it back on
