My cash drawer no longer opens, what now?
Solution
Check whether the cash drawer cable is plugged into the printer and turn the printer off, wait 5 seconds and then turn it back on. If it still works after this, go to settings → printer settings → select the invoice printer → and make sure the invoice printer slider is turned on
