My device is broken, what now?

Problem

I can no longer use the cash register because my device is broken, how can I solve this?

Solution

If you have a new phone or tablet at hand, you can use backup and restore from your iCloud or Google account to continue working

  1. Log in with your current Google or iCloud account on your new device
  2. Download the Made2pay app via the store
  3. Login with your details
  4. You can now continue working with your cash register app

It is important that your backup and restore is enabled with iCloud or your Google account
