The app crashes, what now?

Problem

The app freezes while I'm working and I can no longer process orders?

Solution

In most cases, closing and restarting the app helps. You have probably lost your last order

  1. Close the app
  2. Restart the app
  3. Check whether you can take orders again
  4. You can now continue working with your cash register app
