Instructions to create table plan:
Start by creating your first table plan
- Login via the app
- Enter your administrator PIN (if activated)
- Go to settings via the logo at the top of the bar → zones
- Click on the +
- Give your zone a name, for example Indoor
- Optional → Add a zone prefix (for example, east - the tables will be named east-1)
- Save press and the table plan has been created
- If you want to add another zone, repeat from step 4
Set up your table plan properly before placing your order. Once orders have been booked in a table plan and are unpaid - it is no longer possible to adjust them.
Instructions to add tables to a zone:
Start by creating your first table plan
- Login via the app
- Enter your administrator PIN code
- Go to settings via the logo at the top of the bar → zones
- Choose the zone you want to add tables to
- Click on the + (if you want to add 10 tables, press the + sign 10 times and 10 tables have been added)
- Drag the tables to the desired location on the screen to determine the layout
- Press save and your zone is now ready for booking orders
- If you want to add more tables, repeat from step 4
Determine your zone prefix accurately so that you can see at a glance which zone you are in!

- Optional prefix customization: choose a different name or number sequence
- Optionally add tables: Press the + and a new table will be added
- Press save and the operation is completed
