Create and manage table plan

Instructions to create table plan:

Start by creating your first table plan

  1. Login via the app
  2. Enter your administrator PIN (if activated)
  3. Go to settings via the logo at the top of the bar → zones
  4. Click on the +
  5. Give your zone a name, for example Indoor
  6. Optional → Add a zone prefix (for example, east - the tables will be named east-1)
  7. Save press and the table plan has been created
  8. If you want to add another zone, repeat from step 4

Set up your table plan properly before placing your order. Once orders have been booked in a table plan and are unpaid - it is no longer possible to adjust them.

Instructions to add tables to a zone:

Start by creating your first table plan

  1. Login via the app
  2. Enter your administrator PIN code
  3. Go to settings via the logo at the top of the bar → zones
  4. Choose the zone you want to add tables to
  5. Click on the + (if you want to add 10 tables, press the + sign 10 times and 10 tables have been added)
  6. Drag the tables to the desired location on the screen to determine the layout
  7. Press save and your zone is now ready for booking orders
  8. If you want to add more tables, repeat from step 4

Determine your zone prefix accurately so that you can see at a glance which zone you are in!

  3. Go to settings via the logo at the top of the bar → zones
  4. Choose the zone you want to edit
  5. Optional prefix customization: choose a different name or number sequence
  6. Optionally add tables: Press the + and a new table will be added
  7. Press save and the operation is completed
