Payment settings

Start by adding your payment methods, the available payment methods are already enabled by default. For example, Viva.com and SumUp, which require an account to process digital transactions.

Add new payment method instructions

Start by adding a new payment method:

  1. Login via the app
  2. Enter your administrator PIN (if activated)
  3. Go to Settings → Payment settings
  4. Press + and add your payment method, for example Pin
  5. Give a name that easily describes it
  6. Press activate if you want this
  7. Press tip if you want to receive a tip
  8. Press include turnover if you want this
  9. Press “save”
  10. Would you like to add another payment method? Then go to step 4

For example, you can create a cash payment method for loss or breakage. You can then book items there in combination with stock. This way you can see in the statistics how much breakage or loss you have had in a certain period. Also useful for your accounting

Instructions to create an account with SumUp

Start by adding a new payment method:

  1. Login via the app
  2. Enter your administrator PIN (if enabled)
  3. Go to Settings → Payment Methods
  4. Select SumUp
  5. Select activated
  6. Do you want to work with tips? Select edit tip.
  7. Press V “save”
  8. Do you already have an account? Then log in with your account details and your account is linked to the cash register.
  9. Don't have an account with SumUp yet? Then press register and follow the steps of SumUp

Instructions to create an account at Viva.com

Start by adding a new payment method:

  1. Login via the app
  2. Enter your administrator PIN (if enabled)
  3. Go to Settings → Payment Methods
  4. Select Viva.com
  5. Select activated
  6. Do you want to work with tips? Select edit tip.
  7. Press V “save”

If you register an account through us, you always have a favorable transaction rate without monthly fees. This depends on the expected number of orders and average order value at a fixed transaction rate. From 0.08 to a maximum of 0.25 cents per transaction
